6. Conduct at Echo Less Arc
All participants are expected to maintain respectful, mindful conduct. Echo Less Arc reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves disruptively, violates our code of conduct, or violates local laws. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
7. Health and Safety
Participants acknowledge that Zen practice may involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and are able to participate. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have any health concerns. Echo Less Arc is not liable for injuries sustained during programmes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echo Less Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
